Kyle O'Donnell, PT, DPT, AIB-VRC

Kyle joined CHC Physical Therapy in 2020. Originally from New Jersey, he brings experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, vertigo, concussion, spine, and more. With a real passion for patient care and an entrepreneurial spirit, Kyle is excited to help CHC continue to grow and make a difference in the community. He loves the hands-on, personalized approach that comes with treating each unique patient. Kyle also enjoys helping people overcome pain and get back to the activities they love.

Outside The Clinic:

Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristen, and their two daughters, Kali and Kamdyn. He’s also an avid sports fan who can talk sports any day—though, sadly, he’s a loyal New York Jets fan.

Michelle Beigi

Staff Physical Therapist

Michelle Beigi PT, Cert. MDT, AIB-VR I, II

Michelle joined CHC Physical Therapy in 2019 and brings over 26 years of experience as a physical therapist. She’s certified in the McKenzie Method for neck and back pain and in vestibular rehab for dizziness, BPPV, and balance issues. Michelle has worked in both hospital-based outpatient and acute care settings, treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, and other medical conditions. She’s passionate about using evidence-based care to help people improve their pain, strength, balance, and mobility..

Outside The Clinic:

When Michelle isn’t helping patients, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, Pilates, and yoga.

Thomas Edgehouse, PT, DPT

Tommy joined CHC Physical Therapy in 2024 and brings over 11 years of experience helping people get back to feeling their best. He’s passionate about treating the whole person—not just the injury—and has worked with patients in orthopedics, sports medicine, and neurorehab. What Tommy loves most about CHC is the chance to work one-on-one with every patient and create personalized plans to help them reach their goals.

Outside The Clinic:

When Tommy isn’t helping patients, he spends his time with his wife and two sons, and enjoys running through his hometown of Lakewood.

Alain joined CHC Physical Therapy in 2021 and brings 4 years of experience in treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. He has a genuine passion for helping people move better and feel more confident in their everyday lives. Alain takes pride in helping them understand their bodies, how they interact with the world around them, and guiding them toward improved movement and confidence.

Tetsuya Yanagisawa, PTA

Tetsuya joined CHC Physical Therapy in 2019 and brings over 25 years of experience in martial arts, including karate (4th-degree black belt), Tai Chi, kickboxing, and Jujitsu. He combines his PT knowledge with ancient movement techniques to help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence. Tetsuya is especially passionate about using martial arts principles to support those with balance or neurological challenges

Outside The Clinic:

He enjoys daily 2-3 mile walks at the Big Creek Parkway and goes for longer walks at the Buckeye trails in the National Park on weekends. When time is slow, he also loves reading about psychology, philosophy, and the Bible.

Eric joined CHC Physical Therapy in 2019 and brings over 6 years of experience, primarily with the McKenzie Method of physical therapy. He is passionate about getting patients back to doing what they love pain-free, everything from normal, everyday activities to a round of golf.

When Eric isn’t helping patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kianna, two daughters, Elle and Charlie, escaping to Middle Earth, and is a diehard Cleveland sports and Ohio State fan.

Krupa joined CHC Physical Therapy in 2021 and brings 4 years of experience in healthcare administration, patient coordination, and insurance verification. As Office Manager, she helps ensure smooth clinic operations while supporting both patients and staff with care and efficiency. Krupa is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their recovery journey

When Krupa isn’t helping patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new recipes.

Bansari joined CHC Physical Therapy in 2024. As the friendly face and first point of contact at CHC Physical Therapy, she makes every patient feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. She answers phone calls, schedules appointments, and helps ensure each visit runs smoothly. With her positive attitude and caring nature, Bansari takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and have a great experience every time they visit CHC.
